Benefits of company projects
Many local and regional benefits will result from the construction and operation of Sempra Energy’s projects in southwest Louisiana. In fact, since 2004, Sempra Energy and its subsidiary companies have invested more than $750,000 dollars in partnership with organizations in Southwest Louisiana. Other benefits include:

• Employment, contractor and supplier opportunities during all phases of the project

• Significant tax revenues generated by both construction and operation activities to benefit Cameron and Calcasieu parishes and schools and the state of Louisiana.
