The facility has been designed to allow those in the market to obtain highly flexible storage services. Actual storage rates will be negotiated between the customer and Liberty Gas Storage to accommodate the customer’s individual service requirements. Available storage, injection and withdrawal will be assigned based on the net present value of the individual contracts, with priority given to higher-value and longer-term contracts, which attribute the highest net present value to the overall project.

Upon satisfaction of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) approval and fulfillment of prerequisites mandated by the Precedent Agreement, customers will execute a Firm Storage Service Agreement (FSSA) with terms materially the same as their respective Precedent Agreement.
